Regular and Annual programs
Adhar Maitra
A support group for cancer fighters and their family members that develops a peer network and conducts different programs on a weekly basis.
Adhar Sadhana
Yog varg for cancer patients and survivors is conducted thrice a week under the guidance of expert teachers from Ghantali Mitra Mandal in Thane.
Adhar Sanwad
Counseling for cancer patients and their caretakers by trained oncopsychologist.
Adhar Kark Rugna Mitra Kendra
Cancer information center addressing various queries of cancer patients, their family members and people from society in general.
Foundation Day
Every year it is celebrated in the month of May with a light entertainment program and felicitation of taxi drivers of Adhar Wahini.
Rose Day
It is celebrated in the month of September to boost the morale of Cancer fighters.
Cancer Detection Camps
In the camps more than 100 people are screened at a time from the needy class of society with the aim of early detection of cancer.
Adhar Sanwad Mala
Lecture series focused on health is arranged in the month of November every year in memory of founder Shri Arvind Joshi.
HPV Vaccination
The vaccine is administered for the girls of age 9 to 14 to protect them from cervical cancer. All the activities are done at no cost basis.
